Throughout the 20th century,  the brand has successfully expanded its footprint, bringing the best out of clothes & fabrics, to delight consumers all around the world.

"Reaching out to design some bespoke and fun giftboxes for Summer Vibes Laundry Collection #ScentofSummer - how can we encapsulate summer into a box"

Visuals and inspiration required with sand, shells and a beach theme -  Washing Pods, Fabric Conditioner and Beads to be supplied for inclusion.

Our print experts worked with the marketing team to ascertain the marketplace and persona's of the intended recipients with an emphasis to enhance the products and keep the overall packaging neat and compact.

Aimed largely at influencers and an age range of 30-40 the design creation was centered around a 'softer' approach of waves, sunshine and cool breezes concentrating on a rigid paper-over-board outer carton containing a recessed platform to showcase their products.

Upon approval of plain prototypes - Produce a 3-piece magnetic flap box with a hinged lid and inner fitment.  

Lid, outer wraps and inner fitment printed 4 colour process onto 170gsm Satin with a soft touch lamination and mounted onto 2000 micron greyboard.  CAD cut to shape and drilled with inserted magnets.

Inner fitment mounted onto 2000 micron greyboard and die cut with appertures to hold presupplied products.  Full assembly incorporated a selection of clam shells, starfish, conch shells and periwinkles affixed with removable glue in a variety of sizes ensuring each finished box was unique and maximised the tactile experience.

To maintain sustainability throughout the product all paper and boards were purchased from FSC and sustainable sources.  The bottles are made of 100% recycled (excluding cap, spout and sleeve) and recyclable (excl. sleeve) plastic.

The mailing was split into two markets with a reconfiguration to structure the internal tray containing an additional product whilst keeping the outer carton generic. 

Lenor Summer BreezeDistributed to a VIP mailing list of influencers, recipients posted their views and comments across social media increasing the brand awareness of a new limited edition product.

BKT created a really powerful concept with this rigid box.  We performed and delivered a bespoke fulfilment service with nationwide distribution meeting all the schedules within time sensitive deadlines and the processing of any returns.
